Battery Grade CMC / PAC
INTRODUCTION
As the binder of the battery, the CMC can be widely applied to different types of electrode materials such as lithium batteries, natural graphite, mesocarbon microbeads (MCMB), lithium titanate, tin-based silicon-based negative materials, lithium iron phosphate positive materials and the like, and can improve the capacity, the cycle life and the stability of the battery while ensuring good coating and processing performance of electrode slurry and complete and uniform coating.
PERFORMANCE
1.As a binder for batteries, CMC can be widely used in different types of electrode materials such as lithium batteries, natural graphite, mesophase carbon microspheres (MCMB), lithium titanate, tin-based silicon based negative material and lithium iron phosphate positive material.
2. Ensure that the electrode paste coating processing performance is good, the coating is complete and uniform at the same time, the battery capacity, cycle life and stability can be improved;
3. Effectively improve the overall performance of the electrode, ensure the contact between the active substance, the conductive agent and the collector fluid reach the same, improve the integrity of the electrode.
